Disclaimer of Government Patent Authority and Limitation of Liability

The Mindgate Private Patent Disclosure Document is issued by Asrix Prime Berhad, a private company, under private contract terms. It is not a patent granted by any government and confers no statutory exclusive rights.

1. Private contractual designation. The title "Mindgate Private Patent Disclosure Document" is a private contractual designation by Asrix Prime Berhad and does not constitute, replace or mimic a government-issued patent.
2. No government authority. The Company does not claim the authority of any government, patent office or intergovernmental body, nor does this Title grant public legal exclusivity. The participant is responsible for not infringing third-party patents.
3. Purpose. The Title is for public declaration of an idea and as a basis for private contractual claims, arbitration and dispute resolution within the ecosystem, with no warranty of enforceability in public courts or against non-participants.
4. Indemnity. The participant indemnifies Asrix against third-party and government patent-infringement claims arising from the registration.

Permitted descriptions

Users may not write "patent pending" or "protected by a Mindgate patent". They may say "registered private patent with Mindgate". Anyone displaying a rating or badge must link back to the live record, and badges must not mimic government marks.

What every record states

This page is a public cryptographic record establishing prior art and a verifiable timeline of authorship. It is not a patent, patent-pending application, or statutory IP grant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Asrix's aggregate liability is capped at the fee paid for the submission concerned. Liability for fraud, gross negligence and statutory consumer rights is not excluded.
