Participant Agreement
Version pa-0.3-counsel-approved-2026-10-07. Accepted by click-wrap at every submission; a record of who accepted which version and when is stored, hashed and signed by Asrix.
- Service. Asrix Mindgate is a submission-preservation and prior-art comparison service. It certifies only that the named Claimant submitted the content identified by its hash at the stated time, that an automated comparison against the listed repositories produced the stated result, and that this record was anchored. It does not grant, register or validate any IP right and does not verify ownership.
- Rebuttable priority between participants. The earliest valid declaration creates a rebuttable presumption of priority between participants who submit the same or a substantially similar innovation. It does not apply where earlier third-party art or rights are shown, or where the declaration was obtained by misusing another's confidential work. It does not bind non-participants.
- Warranties. The declarant warrants the right to declare, no knowing infringement, and accurate identity.
- Licence. The declarant chooses the public licence for any published text. For published items the declarant grants Asrix a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to host, display, index, reformat and deposit metadata and text. No other rights transfer to Asrix.
- Dispute ladder. Notice; Asrix evidence package; mediation by an independent institution; then arbitration administered by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), Kuala Lumpur, under its standard procedure. Asrix supplies evidence and administration only and does not decide ownership.
- Evidence. The certificate, proof bundle, report and timestamps are the agreed evidence of existence and timing for the arbitrator.
- Interim marking. While a dispute is open the certificate is marked disputed; hashes and timestamps never change.
- Enforcement. Awards are generally enforceable across borders under the New York Convention where it applies.
- Content policy. Publication is opt-in and screened for legal and safety reasons, not merit. A publication refused under the content policy receives a written reason, a 50% refund (one refund per submission) and one appeal; the private certificate stays valid. If an appeal overturns a refusal, the refund must be repaid within 14 days.
- AI review. Mindgate Peer Review Notes are an automated review by three independent AI models. Not human peer review. Ratings are opinions provided as-is; AI can make mistakes. Asrix owns the rating metrics; ratings may not be scraped or used outside the approved ecosystem, and any display must link to the live record.
- Disclosure warning. Publishing or choosing a published disclosure (kind D) is a public disclosure that can destroy your own patent novelty. Indexing makes the disclosure prior art.
- Fees and refunds. USD 1,000 per submission, USD 100 per revision. 100% refund only if no certificate is delivered (pipeline failure or rejected content); no refund for low scores or change of mind.
- Liability and law. Liability is limited to the fee paid to the extent permitted by law. Governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
This page is a public cryptographic record establishing prior art and a verifiable timeline of authorship. It is not a patent, patent-pending application, or statutory IP grant.
